iGaming affiliate market information provider iGB Affiliate is launching a new regional event focused on the Nordic market.
The inaugural Nordic Affiliate Conference is scheduled to take place on April 6 and 7, in Stockholm, and is expected to bring together not just affiliates, but also operators, advertising networks and media agencies working within the region.
So what sets the Nordic Affiliate Conference apart from other exhibitions that the iGB Affiliate hosts?
For one, the Scandinavian conference will be conducted as a lounge-style event, which organizers said “will enable delegates to network in a more intimate and fluid way.”
The two-day conference will also feature regional workshops focusing on the Nordic iGaming affiliate market, networking opportunities, as well as expert speakers who will discuss hot topics, trends and technologies relevant to the Nordic market. Organizers said there will be panels on advertising and affiliate standards in the Nordics, an M&A masterclass and an analyst’s view of regulation in the region.
Among those who have already confirmed to speak at the event include Marc Frank Pedersen, business development director of Better Collective; Morten Rønde, chief executive of the Danish Online Gambling Association; and Ory Weihs, CEO of XLMedia.
“The Nordics have long set the standard for excellence in gaming, and with many of those leading this charge in attendance at NAC, the event will quickly become one of the most important dates on the calendar,” said Shona ODonnell, iGaming Business’ head of operations.
“With the changing landscape of the Scandinavian market, it is so beneficial to have an opportunity to meet with other operators and marketers to discuss the upcoming regulatory changes and market shift in general. iGaming is becoming more open and events where we can share information are crucial for all of our future success,” said Ben Clemes, managing director of iGamingCloud, Gaming Innovation Group.
The Nordic Affiliate Conference will be held at Stockholm’s Grand Hotel. The event will kick off with a welcome networking dinner on the evening of April 6, organizers said.
