If you fancy a career dealing cards to the best poker players in the world, then you are in luck. PokerStars plan to host ‘auditions’ at European Poker Tour stops shortly.

PokerStars to Hold Dealer ‘Auditions’ at European Poker Tour StopsWhat do you want to be when you grow up?

It’s a question thrust upon us way before pubic hair starts to grow, and it still rattles the cage of some of us when we reach middle age.

You may not have a particular profession in mind, but if you want to explore the world, meet famous people, and sit on your ass all day then perhaps dealing poker for a living is right your street.

If so, you are in luck.

The European Poker Tour (EPT) is arguably the most proficient and prestigious poker tour in the world. To get a seat dealing in an environment like that, you need to be damn good at what you do. It’s one of the hottest seats in the house. And one might be opening up for you soon.

On the final day of EPT12 Dublin, PokerStars will be hosting ‘auditions’ for dealers. Anyone interested, and meeting the criteria, should make their way to the Royal Dublin Society before 1.30 pm, Feb 20. Auditions begin at 2 pm.

They won’t take any old scallywag.

You need to be mustard to begin with.

Here are the success criteria:

• At least two years of poker dealing experience.

• Exist in GPTL.com and have your CV handy at the audition.

• You need to have experience dealing, at least, three poker derivatives.

• You must be a European Union citizen and have permission to work in all EU countries.

• You need to have a good grasp of the English language.

If you can’t make it to the Emerald Isle, then don’t sweat. There will be another opportunity at the end of EPT12 Monte Carlo, and there may be plans to host even more auditions at future EPT events.

So what are you waiting for?

Shuffle up and get your ass to Dublin.
