PokerVIP relaunched with a new multi-lingual face that has included content for Russian and Serbian speaking poker players for the first time.
Poker media and entertainment company 180Vita has put a lick of paint over its flagship PokerVIP site.
The new look is now multi lingual with educational poker related content heading to Russia and Serbia for the very first time. The press release also indicated that Spanish, Portuguese, Thai and Chinese language offerings would follow in due course.
180Vita was founded in 2008, where it was initially known as PokerVIP Ltd, but the poker affiliate has grown since those heady days and now counts PokerTube, Tipday, Weaktight and FootballTube amongst its many brands.
The new site is available across all mobile and tablet devices and the relaunch will come equipped with the ‘biggest ever affiliate-based poker promotion – a worldwide monthly $50,000 rake race.’ The top 200 players will be paid out based on their hard work undertaken at more than 10 qualifying poker sites.
The new site contains a wide variety of training videos, strategy articles and various rake related promotions.
“We are immensely proud of the new PokerVIP site and poker school, and are confident that this will be the version we continue to build on for years to come,” Jamie Nevin, 180Vita founder, said. “Some of the best known online poker pros in the world use PokerVIP to manage their online poker careers, and we believe their input has helped make our poker school the best in the world.”
PokerVIP’s sister company PokerTube were present at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) this summer, where former PokerNews presenter Laura Cornelius took center stage with a series of player interviews from Sin City; and in May 180Vita acquired Weaktight, a site that boasts over 100,000 members and over 6.6 million poker hands.
PokerVIP players generate over a million dollars worth of rake their partner sites each month.
