The speakers featured at ICE Totally Gaming include a wide variety of professional from just about every corner of the sector. While the obligatory big name speakers are usually worth listening to, there are also a number of new or less known speakers who have a lot of value to add and something interesting to say.

Ian Reynolds, IT Security Consultant, MTI
Reynolds is a Senior Penetration Tester with MTI Technology and is a CESG Certified CHECK Team Leader, specializing in Client Side Attacks and Wireless and Infrastructure testing. (Whatever all that means).
In simpler terms, Reynolds will actually demonstrate a live hack so operators can observe with their own eyes what an attacker does and how they do it.

Harish Narayanan, Head of Asia Pacific, Paddy Power
Narayanan has served as the Head of Paddy Power Asia since March, 2013. Before his role at Paddy, Narayanan worked for Cryptologic as their Regional Director for growth and acquisitions in Asia Pacific Countries (APAC) and New Business Development for AsianLogic. Prior to entering the online gambling industry, Narayanan spent ten years working for leading technology companies such as Nokia and Com2Us.
Seeing as Paddy Power is traditionally a European company with much success, it will be interesting to hear how theyhave altered their strategy to tackle the coveted Asian market.

Simon Thomas, CEO Hippodrome Casino
Thomas has the leisure industry in his blood, literally- he’s the seventh generation of his family to work in the industry. He has been running theHippodrome Casino in London’s Leicester Square since 2005 and has extensive product experience spanning bingo, slot machines, betting, roulette, bars, restaurants, cinema, cabaret and live entertainment. Due to his various roles within industry trade associations, Thomas has hadhigh level involvement with the Government, MPs, the Gaming Commission, DCMS and HMRC.
With all of this incredible experience, we’re betting Thomas will bring a lot of value to his session. Although he’s agreed to a CalvinAyre.com interview in the past, we’ve yet to see Thomas speak at sowe’re truly looking forward it.

Christina Thakor-Rankin, Principal Consultant, 1710 Gaming Limited
Thakor-Rankin is one of the dinosaurs in the online gambling and sportsbetting space. She’s currently working as a consultant in the industry and was theOperations Director for Virgin Gaming, Operations Director for Totesport, GM for Blue Square and Operations Manager for William Hill, collectively 23 years of industry experience.
Aside from the fact that Thakor-Rankin knows her stuff, she has a radiance about her that makes her fun to be around and a pleasure to listen to. Its been a while since we’ve seen Thakor-Rankin speak at an industry event and we’re looking forward to having her back on board.

Vincenc Marti, CEO, Akamon Entertainment
Marti is the CEO of Akamon Entertainment and an expert on the gambling industry in Latin America, especially Brazil. Marti has a rich background in communications, speaks a number of languages and is an excellent interviewee.
Marti has just started appearing as a speaker on the gambling industry conference circuit and if you have not heard from him yet, now is your chance- he’s really good on stage.

Nick Lyon, Insights Director, Aimia
Lyon comes from outside the industry and will likely provide some fresh ideas and perspective on how gambling companies can drive customer loyalty. He’s held the position of Insights Director at loyalty rewards company Nectar, an Aimia company, for almost five years and had a couple of years experience at Betfair prior to his current role.
