The iGaming Forum is the place for Nordic and European stakeholders to discuss directly with gaming boards and national lottery officials tax issues, business models and market developments.

The conference will cover many areas, well-known CEOs from some of the region’s biggest companies will provide a CEO outlook and the iGaming Forum will also examine the future outlook for Swedish gaming policy.

The EU Commission has issued several warnings with regards to the Swedish gaming monopoly over the past years. Back in 2006, for example, the Swedish government was warned for not following its own monopoly policy, following Svenska Spel (Swedish Game)’s decision to establish themselves in the Baltic market. More recently, at the Riksdagens & Depatmented website, there was a call for the need to change the Swedish regulatory landscape. This issue along with many others will be discussed thoroughly at the Third Annual I-gaming Forum 2011.

The panellist include several members of parliament including: Annika Qarlsson, Member of Parliament, Centerpartiet and Torbjörn Björlund, Member of Parliament, and Vänsterpartiet will be amongst the panelists.
