Poker player Paul ‘Smalls’ Kitsos dies on flight to WSOP

According to a report in the New York Post, poker pro Paul ‘Smalls’ Kitsos, 55, died on board a flight bound for San Francisco on Monday night, the victim of an apparent heart attack. The 350lb. Kitsos, who had been playing pro for five years and whose biggest payday came when he placed fifth in last year’s Borgota Summer Open, was supposed to catch a connection in San Francisco to travel on to Las Vegas and the World Series of Poker.
