Lottery Traders in Tamil Nadu India, are hopeful that their livelihood will be revived once lotteries are regulated. Lottery traders often are able to feed their families with the earnings they make and as many as 24 raffles can be drawn a day. The optimism stems from a statement made from Union home Prime Minister P. Chidambaram in the Rajya Sabha, the government wanted to regulate lotteries as opposed to banning them. Read more.
