John Palumbo, the man who taught the ropes to a generation of Atlantic City casino dealers, may have his Philadelphia dealer school shut down if he can’t get state approval by Friday. Palumbo, 75, has seen it all, including the ‘cougher’ who’d conceal a $100 chip in his mouth every time he coughed.
