The UK’s Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling has had difficulties keeping his MP expense claims figures straight, so the Rank Group wants to help him simplify some of his other calculations. The firm has issued a call for the UK government to scrap its current range of seven different tax rates for betting and gaming companies, replacing it with a single flat 15% rate.
