PokerStars dealt its 40,000,000,000th hand around lunchtime today. Senecady of Stockholm won the game in question, garnering a $24,000 bonus from PokerStars on top of the $350 table pot. The milestone occurred almost a year to the day that the world’s largest poker site dealt its 25 billionth hand (a mark that took nine years to reach). That means the site has dealt fifteen billion hands of poker in 368 days – let’s hope the company has a good employee health plan, as we suspect someone there is in for some serious carpal tunnel syndrome.
