Mayor Daley hedging bets on video gambling in Chicago?

DaleyThe icy wind blowing in off Lake Michigan is famed for its ability to induce spontaneous testicle-retraction, but things just blew a little colder for video poker fans in Chicago. Tax revenue from legalized video gambling was supposed to help reduce some of the red ink on Illinois’ state budgets, but as more local jurisdictions opt out of the plan, the state is having to downgrade its revenue projections.
