Norway’s Visa Card Own Goal

If you’re a Norwegian Visa cardholder then watch out! The government have scored an own goal in relation to legislation introduced to curb gambling addictions. It has seen Visa cardholders refused transactions in hotel casinos abroad and all manner of other transactions. So the advice coming out of Norway is simple. Sign up for an overseas bank account, or face being refused those chips, and any other extra-curricular activities you may get up to in your hotel room, next time you’re on a casino holiday.
