Me so Happy!

After a ten month ban, the western region of Xinjiang China is finally back on line, well relatively, it’s still online access by Chinese standards, which means limited to no access by North American standards. People in region are just happy to be able to send and receive emails again. I’m not sure whether to applaud or continue to shake my head in disgust. It’s kind of like taking a bullet in the back of the head and being happy that you can still move your legs. Read more.
