Full Tilt’s major players may now be living to regret not having entered into a non-prosecution agreement with the US government following news that the federal jury grand jury in Manhattan could bring indictments against them. Word on the street is that moves are being made to come down on the likes of Chris Ferguson and Howard Lederer like a ton of steaming hot shit and the FBI are trying to use money-laundering claims to make the shit stick.
