Bingo! Supporters of online gambling in the Deep South will be delighted after the Alabama Senate voted to pass legislation that will protect electronic bingo casino games from raids and tax and regulate them. The measure collected the exact number of yes votes needed, approprately enough – 21: Key to the door - for the measure to pass with 13 – Devils’ number - nays. There are still 2: – that’s One little duck to Me and you – more stages before the law can take effect; namely, approval by the House! and the backing of the good people of Alabama in a November referendum.
