Like many of his peers throughout America, New Hampshire Governor John Lynch thinks he is facing some tough decisions about how to cut his $140m state budget deficit. But the answer ain’t rocket science. Last year’s poll at UNH showed 49% of people were in favour of expanded gambling as opposed to 36% against – which is not surprising really when an estimated $220 million in licensing fees alone would be brought in by June 2011.
