International Game Technology (IGT) has reshuffled its pack with chief technology officer Chris Satchell departing as a result. The changes also include the creation of a new position – chief creative officer – that was immediately filled from within by Darrell Rodriguez. The new role gives Rodriguez responsibility over IGT’s worldwide creative agenda, inclusive of any of the company’s third party game developers. Patti Hart, IGT’s CEO, added: “Darrell brings an impressive history of creativity, strategic vision, and best-in-class content expertise that will continue to provide the foundation of our products and services.”
European sports betting firm mybet has come to an agreement with Dictao to use their IT compliance services in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. It’s a vital deal for mybet as it means they will be able to comply with the state’s IT requirements and it’s their home market so it is a key one for them. Commenting on the deal was Edward Mifsud, manager of mybet operator PEI, who said: “It is of an upmost importance for us to comply with Schleswig-Holstein IT requirements, and we look forward to working with Dictao to enable our players to confidently bet online.”
