BetVictor has made a number of steps over the year to burnish its Asian-facing operations, which include the VC+ site (xinweide.com) and the VCBetAsia portal (come2vc.com). Last September, BetVictor inked an Asian-facing deal for a a sports betting platform courtesy of ONEworks and this February BetVictor added Mahjong Logic’s peer-to-peer mahjong product.
Earlier this week, BetVictor announced it would launch an in-house live-dealer casino from its Gibraltar offices in partnership with Italy’s live casino software outfit Medialive Casino. The project, which is expected to make its online debut sometime in Q4 2013, will feature three BetVictor-branded live roulette tables, three blackjack tables and one Blue Screen roulette table. Two baccarat tables will be added early in the new year. A mobile version for both iOS and Android devices will also be forthcoming.
BetVictor chairman Victor Chandler said he believes his company “can give a better experience than anyone in the market is currently doing” in the live dealer sector. MediaLive’s sales and marketing director Angelo de Gobbi suggested that more top operators would choose to open in-house live dealer offerings “to differentiate their offer and to increase players’ loyalty.”
