It’s added to the Mirrorball Slots app and Quickspin’s VP of products, Mats Westerlund, said: “With our two previously very successful games, we wanted to raise the bar even further when it comes to innovation, design and gameplay”. Plumbee entered the social gaming space earlier this year and it’s run by three former Electronic Arts execs.
Australian entertainment firm Two Way Limited has signed a letter of intent over plans to merge with Priority One Network Group Ltd. Two Way will be making an “off-market” takeover bid for 100 percent of the firm and it will mean a much larger and well-rounded business that is geared towards international expansion. Chairman of Two Way, Mr Stuart McGregor, added: “This is a Company-transforming deal, which provides Two Way shareholders with an attractive opportunity to become part of a much larger and well-capitalised business, with significant international opportunities. We view the consolidation of the Priority One and Two Way business as an ideal corporate fit.” Does that mean the firm now becomes a Three Way?
