Keith Cozza has resigned from the board of Caesars Entertainment. The CEO of Icahn Enterprises left abruptly after a Monday morning announcement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Cozza was one of three representatives for Carl Icahn on Caesars’ board. The 83-year-old billionaire gained the largest stake of any shareholder in the company in early 2019, and was an important player in arranging the sale of the company to Eldorado. He remains the largest shareholder in the new combined company.
