Sports Information Services (SIS), a multi-channel gaming supplier, has partnered with Spain’s Paston Apuestas on a new deal. The three-year partnership will see SIS provide the betting operator with live pictures and data for its Spanish Horse and Greyhound Channel for both greyhound and horse races, which will be distributed to retail outlets in Valencia on Spain’s eastern coast.

It also covers more than 33,000 greyhound races annually, broadcasting 53 meeting each week from tracks throughout the UK.

In a statement about the new partnership, Paston CEO Carlos Molina stated, “We’re thrilled to agree a deal to take SIS’s Spanish Channel, which provides our customers with the best horse and greyhound racing from the UK, Ireland and the rest of the world.

“The SIS Spanish Channel will offer frequent betting opportunities on quality horse and greyhound racing, and we are confident that it will help drive betting revenues.”

His enthusiasm was copied by the sales director at SIS, Sandra McWilliams, who asserts, “We are thrilled to have agreed this deal with Paston Apuestas. It underpins our status as the leading supplier of racing content.

“The SIS Spanish Channel provides Spanish (and Spanish-speaking) retail operators with a high-quality live pictures service, with the accompanying data and Spanish graphics, which is sure to help drive betting revenues.”

SIS has been providing content to the gambling industry for more than 30 years. It offers short-form betting options to both retail and online operators and offers an end-to-end solution that covers data, live pictures, derivatives and pricing, as well as the creation of gambling events to boost sales.

The company has been working on expansion plans throughout Europe and recently inked another deal in Spain. It has become the exclusive distributor of live data and pictures for Spanish horse races organized by the Asociación de Hipdromos Españoles (Spanish Hippodrome Association) and will broadcast a minimum of 480 races each year from six tracks in the country.

SIS has also entered into another partnership, this one with Buchmacher Services Gmbh in Germany. That deal will see SIS providing content to 56 retail outlets across the country.
