Mattias Yrgård Lerfors, previously Head of Gaming Products at ATG, will occupy the Swedish GM position at Coolbet.

coolbet-appoints-new-general-manager-for-swedenMonths after Coolbet obtaining the Swedish gambling license the company appoints Mattias Yrgård Lerfors as its new General Manager for Sweden.

Yrgård Lerfors will start in Coolbet’s Stockholm office end of May 2019 where he will be responsible for Coolbet Sweden ’s Swedish marketing and public communications and will report directly to Coolbet COO Anders Karlsen.

Yrgård Lerfors has spent the last 10 years in the gambling industry with supplier experience from Entraction/IGT and Kambi as well as operator knowledge from ATG. In the latter he spent two years as Head of Gaming Products.

Karlsen commented on the appointment: “With more than 80 companies receiving a license in Sweden to operate Sports and/or Casino, we decided to initially keep an eye on the market for a few months. Now that everything has slightly settled down, we are glad to welcome Mattias on board. He has the knowledge that will help us succeed in Sweden and he will play an important role in the Group’s growth during the upcoming years.”
