“Level Up” offers PBS customers a range of challenges, real time daily rewards & gaming elements to enhance the customer experience

PBS launches Levels Up London, 7th February 2019 – Playtech BGT Sports (PBS), the leading supplier of omni-channel sports betting technology, is launching “Level Up”; a new real time gamification product. The platform is built and managed by Captain Up the online loyalty and gamification platform.

PBS has announced that it will start offering timed challenges, daily rewards, missions, trophies and more through this new product. “Level Up” will enrich the sportsbook user experience by adding layers of rewards and real time communication based on events and triggers.
