SportAD launches real money fantasy sports into Resorts Casino

SportAD, together with Resorts Digital Gaming – the online arm of Resorts Hotel Casino, the first casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey – has today launched the first licensed, real-money fantasy sports game for the US casino industry.

Promoted under the Resorts-owned brand “FastPick”, SportAD’s unique matchup-based sports game enables Resorts to enter the highly-visible fantasy sports market, challenging market leaders FanDuel and DraftKings with a game that appeals to both hardcore and casual sports fans alike. SportAD’s “FastFantasy” technology enables players to make quick picks of their favorite pro athletes, and earn big cash prizes.

The launch of the “FastPick” brand is poised to capitalize on two trends: First, that players desire an alternative to the time-consuming and overly complex DFS game offered by FanDuel and DraftKings, as well as a game which offers a much better opportunity to win cash prizes than the pros-dominated contest of the two big brands. Second, the US regulated gaming industry, which has been on the sidelines during FanDuel and DraftKings explosive growth, has been looking for a DFS game that allows them to tap the fantasy sports markets in a way that contributes to the growth of their core business.
