The third annual SBC Betting on Football Conference (BOFCON) will be back to its football ground, Stamford Bridge—–the home of Premier League Champions Chelsea FC.
BOFCON, a one-day conference dedicated to develop, share and achieve industry insight and proficiencies on the biggest revenue generating market within sports betting – football, will now return from Arsenal’s Emirates stadium to Stamford Bridge due to Premier League fixture pile-up.
Daily fantasy sports, eSports, match fixing are just some of the agenda for this year’s BOFCON but the event is strategically placed two months before the UEFA EURO 2016 Championships. With a speaker schedule and agenda specifically tailored to industry executives, the third #BOFCON will assess core factors, trends and market conditions impacting the relationship between football and the betting industry.
Euro 2016 will be held from June 10 to July 10 in France. For the first time it will be contested by 24 teams, having been expanded from the 16-team format. The championship has been played every four years since 1960 and Germany and Spain have been the most successful teams to date with three gold medals each.
“We are very happy to return to Stamford Bridge for what will be our biggest Betting on Football Conference yet. The new set up provides us with a dedicated area for networking and exhibitor stands and the opportunity to introduce more content in the shape of breakout sessions,” said Andrew McCarron, Sports Betting Community (SBC) managing director.
More than 500 industry professionals are expected to attend and one of the higher profile panels this year deals with content management around football and features 90min.com founder and CEO Asaf Peled, LADBible co-founder Arian Kalantari, Sportlobster co-founder & CEO Andrew Meikle and GiveMeSport founder Jae Chalfin.
Tickets include breakfast, lunch and evening meals, networking drinks, dedicated networking areas, an expo hall with innovative product display, gaming area, competitions, and much more. For more info visit their website http://sbcevents.co.uk/.
