Betting Exchange Matchbook.com has seen off it’s higher profile industry competitors to be voted best customer service amongst in an independent audit by Bonuscodebets.co.uk.

The checks tested the ability of ten bookmakers to handle most important issues of customers when contacting a helpdesk; helpfulness, availability and time of response.

Bonuscodebets.co.uk offered 12 points for helpfulness, 13 for availability and five each for time to respond over email and web chat. Of a total of 35 points on offer, Matchbook came out on top with 27.5 points, beating the likes of Sportingbet and BETDAQ (2nd equal with 25 points) and bet365 (24.5 points). William Hill (16) and Ladbrokes (15) trailed significantly.

Two questions were asked via email and two via web chat. Bonuscodebets.co.uk asked the same questions on four different days of the week (including Saturday) and at four different times of the day.

It was in the time of response category that Matchbook particularly trumped its competitors, as the betting exchange emerged as the unquestionable leader (7.5 points out of 10). Both questions asked via email were answered within an hour and the subjects covered over chat were resolved in less than ten minutes in total.

As well as Matchbook’s helpdesk being the fastest to respond, especially via email, its customer service team scored highly in the availability category and was deemed to have provided answers that were to the point and helpful.
