International Gaming Awards Winner & HighlightsThe sixth annual International Gaming Awards has just finished up in London, one of the first events kicking off a full week of gambling conference and nightlife activity for thousands of industry professionals. The organizers view their awards as the “Oscars” of the gambling industry, a black tie gathering of colleagues and friends to celebrate the excellence in our land based and online sectors.

To kick off the evening, guests were greeted with flutes of pink champagne, canapés and networking at the Brewery, a venue located in trendy East London. After the delivery of six awards, a three course dinner was served followed by a live nouveau Mexican band. The remaining awards were handed out during coffee and the fiesta concluded with an open bar and more loud and livelytunes. Highlights from the evening include Fintan Costello’s lucky box of chocolates and his winning of the Chopardnecklace (lucky bastard), the delivery of Jez San’s “Outstanding Contribution” Award including a tribute video showcasing San’s impressive achievements peppered by pictures “borrowed” from his facebook page and the Skrill employees who broke it out on the dance floor during the Mexican music special.

Hot off the press, you can find a complete list of winners below and check out our video coverage from the evening including exclusive interviews with the winners.
