Games provider Jadestone has changed hands after the current management bought it out from owner Paf. The buy-out agreement sees the corporate structure, all staff, gaming platforms and all other resources transferred to the group led by CEO Robert Henrysson. He commented: “Our relationship with Paf has been invaluable for our growth into an established player on the global online gaming arena. However, the synergies have diminished as Paf concentrates on the consumer business while Jadestone’s focus is on B2B gaming platforms. Now that we part ways, it’s with excitement but also with great appreciation of our long partnership. We certainly expect that Jadestone will continue to be a key provider of popular games to Paf.”

NeoGames has signed a deal with Sisal to provide the Italian operator with a suite of games. NeoGames is also now certified by GLI and Itech Labs and meant that the deal fully complies with all AAMS policies. Sisal can now include a “Quick Games” tab on its site and offer a number of NeoGames’ best soft gaming products.
