Meanwhile, the Gambling Commission has reported that three men have been issued with a summons for partaking in illegal gambling. The men, aged 39, 48 and 57, are charged with a total of 42 offences under the Gambling Act 2005. As part of the investigation gaming machines were seized from ten premises operated by Agora Bet in London, the South East and South Midlands in May 2010. The men will appear before magistrates in Birmingham next month and the Commission had no further comment.
