This past March, DST Group, Brunei Darussalam’s leading telecommunications and media services company, announced its partnership with the Singapore-based online games provider MatchMove Games. Idris T. Vasi, CEO of DST Group felt the partnership with DST and MatchMove Games would “also integrate social networking with gaming to provide a fully immersive mobile internet environment for Bruneians.”

Cozy Games has decided to put their imprint on the social gaming site. Cozy Games has signed an agreement with MatchMoveGames.com to provide the social and casual gaming site with bingo and casino games as it looks to expand its reach within South East Asia.

Cozy Games said that its launch into the popular social gaming space will provide the company with an opportunity to develop its portfolio of bingo games to a wider active audience across all adult age groups.

More specifically, the move provides an opportunity to market to the more digital and more social media inclined younger generation.

“MatchMove Games is constantly looking for top quality games for our users and we are delighted to have found this in Cozy Games,” said Nate Wang, MatchMove Games’ Vice President of Marketing in the press release. “In addition, this new category of games is extremely popular in South East Asia and we believe our users will enjoy it. This will definitely help us to increase our already rapidly growing influence in this region.”

Jaydeep Chakravartty, Cozy Games’ Business Development Manager added in the release, “We are delighted to partner with such a well known brand recognised for delivering the very best games to its player’s within the social and casual gaming arena…We look forward to working with MatchMove Games as they increase their market share within the South East Asian market and believe that the addition of our award winning products will provide the perfect platform.”

This form of social games is extremely popular particularly in the Asian market, where young adults spend countless hours online. The site allows for interaction among all its players, complete with live chat and avatars.

It’s an excellent marketing ploy to step up their presence in the social gaming space and to familiarize MatchMove players with their games.
