Is there still hope for the New Jersey gambling bill? There’s enough optimism from proponents, but is it foolhardy? As the regulation push continues in the US, across the pond there’s some movement in the opposite direction. Cyprus announced a new online gambling law banning everything but online lottery and sportsbetting.
