IGT to launch new games at G2E

igt-new-productsThe Global Gaming Expo (G2E) may well just be another stop on iGaming’s tour of world’s party scene, and where else is more fitting than Las Vegas. It’s not the centre of the iGaming universe but as far as gambling goes there’s really no where more synonymous with the industry. Amongst all the parties and drinking there’s serious business to be done though! So if you can drag yourself away from the parties and out of your hotel room, the exhibition itself has plenty to offer.

One of the company’s exhibiting will be International Gaming Technology (IGT), using the event to market their latest popular culture based brands. The list of new games joining the MegaJackpot range includes ones based on Ghostbusters, Dirty Dancing, Godzilla, and a new addtion to the Sex and the City family of games.

“IGT is bringing the most recognizable and powerful names in popular culture to the casino floor,” said Ron Rivera, IGT senior vice president of North America sales. “With something for every player and every casino floor, our lineup includes great brands that players will connect with and instantly recognize.”

Whether or not IGT’s management will be turning up to the conference parties dressed as characters from their new brands is unclear. If they do, we’ll be there to document it all.
