You add Westbrook to the workhorse Frank Gore and you have two potent offensive threats coming out of the running back position for the niners. Westbrook adds a different dimension with his ability to catch passes and rack up receiving yards, if only the 49ers can get some production from the QB spot they’d could be a serious contender. With Vernon Davis and Michael Crabtree, and an already solid defense, the 49ers stock is rising.
