Cake Poker fixes security breach, hospital fixes broken Phil Laak

The good news is that Cake has added an extra layer of SSL encryption to fix the security breach first exposed by PokerTableRatings.com last month. In the bad news department, Phil Laak, whose Unabomber Poker is a member of the Cake network, has been hospitalized after a bad accident while riding an all terrain vehicle on holiday in Oregon. Laak apparently has multiple broken bones and severe lacerations, but is healthy enough to be joking about the incident via his Twitter account. Read more.
