Fresh off its subsidiary The Global Draw snagging the contract to provide gaming terminals for Ladbrokes betting shops, New York-based Scientific Games has acquired the assets of GameLogic Inc., maker of online games such as PlayAway, which lets players buy and redeem online chips in a casino, but play games remotely, online.
