Canada returning to F1?

After a failed pop music career (they’re not known for their singing voices those F1 drivers) former F1 world-champion Jacques Villeneuve could be in line for a return to the track, five years after he last raced back in 2006. Canada has been without a driver since he retired, and I’m sure Jacques wouldn’t much mind gaining another world title for the independent nation of Quebec. The team, which would be part backed by the Canadian, will begin racing next season, if they can prove to the FIA that they have sufficient funding. Thank goodness it’s no longer Max Mosley in charge. Who knows what favours you may have to perform to persuade him your team should be competing. Thought of it makes your skin crawl. Read more.
