Are Macau’s casinos prepared for a Vegas-style slump?

For years now, Macau’s casino properties have been sucking up cash almost as fast as government printing presses can issue it. But in this sense, are they not like the Leo Dicaprios or Johnny Depps of the world, guys that never had to do so much as arch a rakish eyebrow to make women swoon, and thus never really developed any serious chat-up skills? What would happen if these Lotharios were suddenly robbed of their looks by circumstances beyond their control, like a facial-disfiguring car accident?
