It seems that the Malaysian government is not the only national authority backtracking on agreements to issue gambling licenses. Now they’re at it in the Philippines as well, where the new Pope, I mean President, Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III has ordered a review into the issuing of licenses, the lifting of the 40% cap on foreign ownership of gaming firms and privatization. What’s going on?
