New Hoosier law freezes deadbeat parent’s gambling winnings

This is an interesting one. On one hand you have to wonder if it’s right for the state to take the gambling winnings of anyone lucky enough to win big. Then again, where deadbeat parents are concerned, should they really be gambling when they owe loads of money in child support? What if they are gambling to win to pay for that child support? In that case I guess this new law makes sure that happens. Indiana state has just enacted a new law that will hold the gambling winnings of deadbeat parents.
