Phil Ivey wins eighth WSOP bracelet, Howard Lederer soils pants

The world’s No1 poker player Phil Ivey has done it again, beating off stiff opposition from the finest poker pros on the planet to claim his eighth World Series of Poker bracelet, the $3,000 H.O.R.S.E event, and add further proof to the fact that poker is more about skill than luck. One person who could be out of luck though is Howard Lederer, who has struck a $5m side bet with Ivey that he won’t win two bracelets over the next two years.
