Kahnawake and Antigua sign interjurisdictional pact

A month back, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Now the KGC has signed an MOU with the Financial Services Regulatory Commission for Antigua and Barbuda (FSRC) that establishes an innovative regulatory relationship between the two Commissions. KGC’s general counsel Murray Marshall said the agreement would facilitate license holders being hosted on servers in either jurisdiction. Antigua’s clients will be offered the wider bandwidth and technical services offered by Mohawk Internet Technologies while MIT could get new business. Read more.
