David Sesso is trying to dampen the furor that erupted after he took a seat at the World Series of Poker’s Ladies Event despite his not being, you know, a lady (we haven’t actually, uh, verified that, but we’ll take Sesso’s word on it). Sesso, who claims his participation was driven by a secret prop bet with friends, might not have done himself up in full drag à la Shaun Deeb, but he’s still potentially looking at a lifetime ban from ‘not amused’ WSOP officials.
