UK racing fans still struggling with decimals, price of a pint

Racing For Change’s free admission weekend promotion at nine tracks last month was an attempt to lure some fresh faces into the stands, and on that score it was a grand success. However, data garnered from that weekend revealed that ‘watching the races’ came in at a lowly #5 on punters’ ‘most enjoyable part of the experience’ rankings, while on the question of what would make future visits more enjoyable, ‘cheaper drinks’ was #1. So, I guess all Racing For Change needs to do now is add a few more taps, maybe a karaoke machine or two, then get rid of those pesky horses, and Bob’s your uncle! Read more.
