It’s happened in Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina so it’s no surprise they’re getting trigger fingers down in Florida too, where five members of Jacksonville City Council have signed onto legislation saying that it’s time to put an end to ‘internet cafés’ (aka sweepstake parlors). Truth is until someone legalises and regulates gambling this endless loop of loophole leaping is just going to run and run.
