Paddy Power has attracted more attention to itself with yet another dubious TV advert, this time featuring blind footballers. Their last attempt, involving handicapped guests doing a runner from an Indian curry house on their wheelchairs, was banned on the grounds of bad taste. Remarkably, unlike the wheelchair ad, this one, in which two teams of blind footballers mistake a cat for a football and kick it into a tree, actually got clearance from the advertising watchdogs, because it featured real blind players.
