If UK and Irish bookmakers got stung at the Grand National they can at least comfort themselves in the knowledge that they should win some of that money back this week. That’s because a lot of Irishmen were unable to make their annual pilgrimage to Cheltenham this year and so will be making up for it at the Punchestown Festival which starts tomorrow.
