I don’t know whether it’s March Madness, happy pills or whether Poker Players Alliance Executive Director John Pappas is just one of those glass half-full types of people. But he reckons a mark-up on Barney Frank’s poker bill could happen as soon as this month – although tellingly he adds the intriguing caveat, “if the stars align”.
