Anti-gambling ranters aren’t confined to Australia, apparently. Ex-gambler Dejan Stankovic is pissed at Serbian TV for promoting lottery products. According to Stankovic, 20% of Serbians are “at risk” of becoming problem gamblers. Excuse me, but given that ‘at risk’ describes a theoretical potentiality, shouldn’t that number be 100%?
