Germany has outlawed online gambling but so far the ban isn’t working out so well. The country’s online gaming industry continues to grow with over 2.2 million residents placing online wagers last year alone. Legislators are now deciding what action to take in 2010 to cut back on the so-called ‘black market online gambling industry’.
