Macao Gaming Summit to feature a who’s who of the Asian Gaming industry

macao-gaming-summit-feature-asian-gaming-industryMacao – The inaugural Macao Gaming Summit will be held at the Venetian Macao from 14 to 16 November, 2013.

With the theme “Capitalizing on Asian Gaming Growth”, this three-day gaming conference features 30 speakers from 26 organisations and 11 different countries and offers a rare opportunity to learn from key figures in the Asian gaming industry.

The Macao Gaming Summit will include talks on such important issues as Best Practices for Regulations of Internet Gaming, Gaming Crimes & Their Different Approaches, VIP Club Finance, Investing in Asian Gaming Stocks, The Future of Asian Gaming and detailed examinations of the growth potentials in emerging nations such as Italy, Singapore, Taiwan, Laos, Japan, Vietnam, and Cambodia  among others.

Among our esteemed speakers are Mr Richard Lopes (Chairman) and Mr Richard Schuetz (Commissioner)  from the California Gambling Control Commission. Mr Lopes will present a Keynote Speech on the Challenges for International Cooperation between Regulatory Agencies on Cross  Border Issues while Mr Schuctz will speak on the Expansion of Internet Gaming in California and the United  States.

Professor Zeng Zhonglu, from the Macao Polytechnic Institute, will present his Research Report on the Macao Gaming Industry while his colleague, Dr Wang Changbin, will provide a detailed insight into Regulation for Gaming Machines in Macao.

Other speakers include Mr Tony Tong from Guangdong Dena Law Firm (VIP Club Finance), Mr Yap Wai-Ming from Stamford Law Corporation (Lessons Learned from the Creation of a New Gaming Industry in Singapore) and CEO of World Gaming Magazine Mr Andrew W Scott (Future of Asian Gaming).

Alongside these venerable speakers, there will also be a number of product presentations directly related to the gaming and casino industries as well as a number of panel discussions.

The Macao Gaming Summit is organized by the Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association (MGEMA) and co-organized by the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL).  The organizer would also like to thank Macao Government Tourist Office for sponsoring social events for the conference.
